Why this exists
I built Loop for one business first.
Their old booking software was glitching mid-term. Emails weren't reaching the people who needed them. Names were vanishing from registers. They'd logged support tickets and waited sometimes a week and heard nothing back. When I looked into it, every similar business they knew was dealing with the same thing. Stuck on platforms that had stopped improving years ago, with nowhere better to go.
